Antes de la partida del alumnado ERASMUS y sus profesores, que tuvo lugar el viernes 19 de madrugada, las madres y padres de acogida en colaboración con el ayuntamiento y el instituto, organizaron una cena de despedida en el Almacén del Trigo, aportando diferentes platos caseros y típicos como tortilla de patatas, empanadas, pastela moruna, croquetas, zaramandoña y un largo etcetera. Además, considerando que alguno de los participantes tiene intolerancia al gluten una de las mesas se dedico exclusivamente a platos sin este componente. Durante la velada, a la que asistió el alcalde para despedir a las expediciones ERASMUS, también hubo una actuación de Baile Flamenco realizada por las alumnas del centro Cristina Canovas y Elena Cano y que mereció una fuerte y extensa ovación por parte del público asistente.
GOODBYE DINNER FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS AND TEACHERS
Before the departure of the ERASMUS students and their teachers, which happened on Friday 19th in the early hours of the morning, the host parents, in collaboration with the town council and the school, organised a farewell dinner at the Almacén del Trigo, providing different homemade and typical dishes such as Spanish tortilla, empanadas, Moorish pastry, croquettes, zaramandoña and a long etcetera. In addition, considering that some of the participants had gluten intolerance, one of the tables was dedicated exclusively to gluten-free dishes. During the evening, which was attended by the Mayor to say goodbye to the ERASMUS expeditions, there was also a Flamenco Dance performance by the students of the centre Cristina Canovas and Elena Cano, which deserved a loud and extensive applause from the audience.
